Excellent low pressure, kind vet. I adopted a stray cat that needed to be neutered. I was able to make a fast appointment and the price was great too. I really liked they didn't try pressure or up sell me on procedures/testing, etc... for the cat. The staff at the front desk and the Dr. are very kind and helpful as well. Thank you Rancho Village Vet!!! Attached is a pic of my cat a few hours after his procedure. He is alert, happy, and doing great.

Every vet has been so kind and attentive to all 3 of my dogs and I’m forever grateful. They explain everything and always answer all our questions. And the vet techs are all awesome! Even when my dogs are spooked they take great care of them.

This was Toby's first visit at Rancho Village. First impressions were very good. Friendly staff, clean and convenient location. They were not pushy... did not try to sell us anything or do anything we were not expecting. We will be going back as needed. And they offer a Senior discount!

They are professional and get the job done quickly, but honestly they seam like they don’t even like dogs. If you have a perfectly behaved dog you won’t have issues with this place but if you are looking for a place where ur dog can learn to be less fearful of vet visits, avoid this place at all costs. They act annoyed by a dog barking, a fearful dog pulling away from them, or even a dog just jumping up on them. Things that you would think a veterinarian would be able to handle. My dog is definitely fearfully reactive and I know it can be stressful for them to deal with, but I would expect them to be able to handle him with more patience and understanding than they do. The first time we took him in, they continuously scolded him for barking and the vet was clearly agitated and annoyed with him. I was trying my best to calm him down so that the next visit could go smoother. The second visit we gave him the sedatives they prescribed and he didn’t bark at all, but he did lunge and pull away when they touched him. I understand their concern for their safety but he was muzzled. I’ll definitely be switching to a vet that’s more patient, understanding, and willing to help my dog feel comfortable. I was hoping to have my dog build trust and a relationship with the staff but in my opinion they have no interest in making this possible.

I would give them ZERO STARS if I could based on my experience this afternoon. So, I want to adopt a cat from a rescue and they need to know if my current fur boy is heathy & up to date on vax. Made appt to bring him in to update vaccines AND get a vet form filled out letting the rescue that has the new cat that I'm a responsible owner & that my cat I currently care for is healthy. The Sunday vet Dr Schneider was rude and condescending to me. I was NOT impressed with her personality in the least. She fought me on 1 yr vs 3yr rabies vax after I informed her he'd already had 1yr vax last year-I had to have humane society email them proof of vax. Had to have the vet hospital my cat went to last year email them, too for the test results proving he is FIV-. I understand the need for documents, the thing is, my current cat has been a patient there, they should already have all the documentation. After charging me$232 and making sure I paid them, they REFUSED to sign the form that said my current cat is up to date on shots and that I would be ok to adopt the new one. I have gone to RVH over the years with several cats I've owned and they can't vouch for me? I will NEVER go back to this vet. They over charged me per the person I've been taking to about adopting the new cat(said this vet was very overpriced) they received test results from another vet done on my current cat a year ago and they refuse to sign a paper? You'd think a vet would be more than happy to assist someone in the adoption of a cat in a rescue. I volunteer at a cat sanctuary(for 4 years, now), they call me the cat whisperer at said sanctuary and you won't vouch for me? The WHOLE reason I brought my current cat to them was to get the form signed off on. Thank you for NOTHING but a very frustrating afternoon. Again, I will NEVER use this vet again.
