I was recommended BluePearl by my primary vet and they were amazing. All of the staff was incredibly kind to both my dog and myself. Dr. Abouzedan was thorough with working through potential diagnosis and the steps we needed to take to confirm which one was the most likely one. She also made sure to give me multiple options to try to find one that could fit my financial situation. While it is an emergency vet, So the office fee is more expensive, BluePearl also has a partnership with Banfield for wellness plan owners. So they were able to waive that fee as well. (Just be aware this is a one time fee waiver) myself and Twinky appareciate you guys!

I cannot find words how thankful I am for the quick and responsive action of this Vet hospital on a Sunday afternoon. My 13 year-old dog, had accidentally swallowed a “No-hide” bone hole and was almost to the point of not breathing. I called head as I rushed over there, they were waiting at the door for me to arrive and quickly took him to the back room. He was resuscitated immediately and within hours back to almost normal. Amazing care, amazing explanations of everything, and just the whole process was extremely professional. 5/5 all the way around.

I cannot say enough about the care and compassion we received during our six-night stay in the ICU. Every member of the team treated both our family and our Hamilton with kindness, patience, and genuine concern during an incredibly difficult time. A special thank you to Mr. V, Dr. Gosse, and our amazing nurses—Cassidy, Amanda, and Tiffany. Your expertise, communication, and compassion made all the difference. You celebrated the small victories with us, answered our endless questions, and provided comfort when we needed it most. Flowers after his passing were above and beyond. While I sincerely hope we never have to see any of you again under these circumstances, please know that we will never forget the exceptional care you provided. Thank you for everything you did for our family.

THE CLUB at Fit For Golf! Fit For Life!

Not impressed. We only went there as an emergency with our bulldog late on a Saturday night. We understand that they need to do a job without emotion. But, we found that there was a "list" of things they could do to "help" our Bunker Bully, but we must sign a la carte items. We got there at midnight. Stayed until almost 1:30am without seeing our dog. We were the ONLY car in the parking lot...I know because I took multiple laps around the building. After almost an hour of us sitting in the waiting room with only the receptionist staring at her computer, we finally asked what was going on. We were sent home without him only to be called to come back to get him at 2:30am. At that time (after already paying $1000), we were told he could stay on an IV and be monitored in a kennel overnight for the tune of another $2500-$3000 estimate. We went back to pick him up by 3am. He came out delirious and could barely walk while hyper-ventilating. I had told them I don't want him sedated during X-ray because you don't sedate bad-breathing bulldogs. They did it anyway (that was why he could barely walk), then proceeded to stop me from leaving because they needed to charge me the extra $79 for sedation. It took him until almost 6:30am to cool down, breathe regularly, and relax. He is home. He is safe. he has pneumonia (again). We promptly went back to our favorite vet at Arizona Animal Hospital and told our story and all our fees. She was not surprised and has heard this type of story many times. We will ONLY be back as a last resort because it is the closest place around us. But there was no connection to making us feel comfortable...especially when he seemed worse leaving, than when we took him. Yes, it is a business. We are self-employed and understand. But the treatment, kindness, and reception to us even being there was ridiculous. I felt they saw us worried, saw a bulldog, then saw $$$$$$$.

Words will never adequately convey the gratitude I have for the kindness shown by every staff member to me and my senior pup in his final months and days on this earth. Dr. Christine Gosse went above and beyond to research, test, validate, and most importantly, care, in the process of discovering my pup’s cancer and every decision following that. She is not only the best clinician I’ve ever had the privilege of working with, but her bedside manner and true love for her patients is unmatched. Every tech in the office is HIGHLY skilled, caring, and responsive. I’ve worked with every team on every shift and they all work like a well oiled machine. Teamwork through a through. If your pet is sick, THIS is the place you want to take them, period. I’ve been going to this BluePearl for six years and in a pinch have tried other hospitals and none even remotely come close. Thank you to everyone at this office for your kindness ❤️
