I brought my Jack Russell mix in after he was attacked by a large husky, and the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring from the moment we arrived. They took great care of him within my budget and made sure he went home with the right pain medication to keep him comfortable, along with antibiotics as a precaution in case an infection developed. After doing some fundraising for his care, I brought him back for a recheck because the wound on his belly was getting more swollen and I was worried it could be something serious. Since I wasn’t able to afford the radiologist report on the original X-rays, I wasn’t sure whether we were dealing with something like internal injury or just a hematoma, and I needed peace of mind. The vet we saw on the second visit was so understanding of my financial situation and truly worked with me to keep costs down while still making sure my dog got the best care possible. They performed an ultrasound, and thankfully there was no abscess or anything concerning, just swelling. The vet added another medication to better manage his pain. That adjustment made a huge difference. My dog is doing so much better. He’s eating more, getting up and trotting around a bit, and no longer yelping in pain. I’m truly grateful I chose Gilbert Queen Creek Emergency Vet & Specialty Center to care for my pup. I highly recommend them if you’re in the Queen Creek/Gilbert area and need an emergency vet.

I’ve brought both my own dog and my in-laws’ dog here, and they’ve taken wonderful care of both. They always provide a detailed proposal before starting any work, which gives you time to review and approve (or decline) procedures beforehand — something I really appreciate. Everyone has been incredibly kind and compassionate, the customer service is excellent, and the facility is very clean. I highly recommend bringing your furry babies here — they’re truly in great hands.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had to rush our French Bulldog here for extreme heat stroke while visiting from Tucson, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. The team immediately took him in, kept him overnight, and gave him such attentive and compassionate care. Everyone was so kind and reassuring during a very stressful time, and we truly felt that our pup was in the best hands. The staff went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and safe, and we are incredibly grateful for their dedication and support. I hated my experience. Primarily because unfortunately my dog had to be euthanized. However, Dr. Schneider was phenomenal. All of the staff was excellent, however Dr. Schneider was truly impeccable. She told the truth, she did not embellish anything, but she did everything with kindness and empathy. She took the time to carefully explain our options, including our dog's quality of life based on each option. She took the time to explain what she would do if she was in our situation. The nurse (I am forgetting her name I am so sorry), gave us a whole jar of chocolates to give our little boy before he passed, just to give him something special. They took such good care of him and of us. It was midnight, they were surprisingly busy, and they still treated us like we were the only family in there. Dr. Schneider was the best doctor we could have met with.

From the moment we walked in, they treated us with so much kindness and compassion. As concerned fur parents, they made us feel comfortable, reassured, and truly cared for every step of the way. They were incredibly gentle and thorough with Buddy, explaining everything clearly and making sure we understood his treatment plan. We could tell they genuinely cared about his well-being and went above and beyond to make him (and us!) feel at ease. Thank you to Dr. Fang and the whole team for being so attentive and professional while also giving us peace of mind during a stressful situation. We are beyond grateful for the excellent care Buddy received and highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of emergency veterinary services! 🐾💙
